Pizza Hut - Fruitland

Not for the first time I visited this location and was not satisfied. they take forever, even if they call before or place online. it took an hour and 1/2 to get a pizza and brotsticks. the first was 40 minutes past when they said it was done and it was burned. She asked for a refund, but she said it would take 5-7 days. she asked her to introduce us and cook new pizza and they didn't introduce us. but has cooked a new pizza. would not recommend. don't go back.

I ordered two orders of wings and was told that a sauce does not come with the wings. I was told that it would be .65 per sauce. I explained that I did not want extra, just the one sauce that comes with the order. I was told that sauces do not come with the order. I later called the store and asked to speak with a manager and was told they were busy. What restaurant sells wings that does not at least include one sauce. McDonalds at least gives one bbq sauce per order. Do not eat at the Fruitland Pizza Hut...the staff are rude and the food is terrible.

02/09/19, Ticket: 48, Register 1, Server: Bernadette. Placed order for 3 Pizza's, 3 Cheese sticks. Also asked for marina sauce and paid for 2 extra garlic sauces. There were NO marina sauces nor any garlic sauces at all in this pick up order. Asked for seasoning packets as well. None in this pick up order either. Pizza was just fair, not as good as before. Very disappointed.

Should've read the reviews. Do not go here. Me and a couple guys from work ordered 3 items, a med pizza, a pasta, and 2 orders of bread sticks.The card we used was declined and no one called us to see if we wanted to pay cash. Luckily, we called and asked for extra silverware, because our order had been voided and wasn't going to be sent. We told the person on the phone that we still want the order and will pay cash. She agreed and confirmed we wanted extra silverware, ect. An hour went by and we had not received our order. We called back and was told the delivery driver had just left. TO cut to the chase we waited almost 2 hours for our food, was told that it would be taken care of by Michael, the manager. after we TIPPED the delivery driver, he comes back and says the manager wants us to pay. We called the manager and he threatened to call the cops on us. Some customer service. and then a lady named Theresea calls, who claims to be the regional manager or something, and is telling us that we are wrong. Never ever go here. Seriously, save your money and go to Little Caesars. The pizza is better and the customer service is greatly superior to that of Pizza Hut.

Bad service, rude employees. They have trouble keeping people at this location. Pizza always messed up, always 3 times the wait. They said 15 mins and I went in to get my pizza and waited of 45 minutes and all the offer for my wait was a extra cup of red sauce for my garlic knots. Seriously
