It's not cooking and even less Indian cooking as we can appreciate it in many countries... tonight I paid a restaurant to serve us canned food (canned spinach) The naans look like pizza dough with melted pizza cheese... the paneer is tofu (confirmed by a waiter). In short, I paid not even a goodbye, to customers who dare to express their disappointment. And yes, you don't have to be Indian to know the good Indian cuisine that we love. So disappointed...
