Beverly's Bakery - Fullerton

For the past 15 years, I have always ordered my cakes from Beverly's Best for all my special occasions. Recently, I observed that the cakes had been a bit drier than usual. However, I purchased another cake recently, and it was significantly improved. I'm not sure if they made any changes, but I definitely noticed the difference. The only suggestion I have is for them to enhance their customer service.

The service was lacking, the staff had unwelcoming attitudes, and, to be honest, the cakes weren’t very tasty either.

My fiancée and I visited for a cake tasting, and we were absolutely amazed. Maria is simply FANTASTIC. She is the kindest and most attentive person we could have hoped for, providing so much help during our visit. The cakes are DELICIOUS, and it's clear they are made with love and care. We sampled a variety of cakes, all of which were incredible, but my top picks were the marble cake and the chocolate cake. Their specialty, Beverly's buttercream, was out of this world—creamy and bursting with flavor. Plus, their wedding cakes are very reasonably priced! From the moment we took our first bite, we knew we had found the perfect cakes for our wedding. Thank you so much, Maria! You made our visit truly special and personal. We also loved the setup for the tasting!

Customer service isn't up to par. Walked in and a lady was being served then other people who walked in after were served before me despite me already being there. Even when this was brought to their attention they just offered to get another person and kept on with what they were doing. Eventually got a good cashier and was helped.

Last year my friend got me a small cake for my birthday which was beautiful and delicious. It was decorated with a big Daisy flower. So this year I naturally had to try them again. The shop is sure and the associates are so friendly, accommodating and game me great options for my birthday cake. It was a naked , strawberry with banana filling. The top had gold dripping over the sides effect. It was amazing and so delicious!! YUM!! Thanks
