Had an issue with the kiosk at the store. The DM was wonderful in helping us get our order completed! Thank you Don!Parking: There are more spots for quick pick up than handicap and it makes you have to park farther away.

I came in yesterday. I got an iced tea. I wanted to put cream in my iced tea, so I went to grab some creamer. Then I heard a voice from a staff member (her name is Stacy). She asked me if the creamer I 'm taking is for coffee? Such a weird question, I didn 't know what to make of it. I kindly replied no it wasn 't Stacy says, well, the creamer is only for coffee... Then it dawned on me. She thought I was stealing their creamer. I said, it 's for my iced tea, if that 's ok? She says, iced tea is fine. So, I guess Stacy is in charge of protecting the store 's creamers. I sit down and drink my iced tea and use my laptop. Later on, I ordered another drink. I have the unlimited sip club that they promote to bring in customers. I go to the kiosk and order my drink. There 's an option of dine in or to go. I choose dine in. The kiosk tells me to take pager, so I did. I sit there for awhile, pager doesn 't go off. I go to the front counter to ask. No one is there. I look around, no one is there. Stacy 's supposed to be working the front counter but she is off somewhere. I go to the food counter window to ask. I tell them my pager hasn 't gone off yet, what should I do? They give me my cup. I go get a 2nd drink, place it in front of me and go about my business. I have my headphones on. Next thing you know, manager comes to my table (Miriam). She goes on to lecture me that Stacy 's been watching me all this time and I shouldn 't have 2 drinks. I should only have one. She says Stacy 's been monitoring me all this time and I hadn 't been there long enough to have 2 drinks. Furthermore, I gamed the system by bypassing Stacy and going to the food counter to ask for the 2nd drink. What I should have done is go to Stacy. It was such a weird lecture. I have 2 accounts, one for me, one for my wife. The 2nd drink I was going to take home for my wife. If you pay for 2 accounts, why can 't you get 2 drinks? But anyways, I can 't believe Stacy followed me around this entire time. That 's creepy as hell. I guess this Panera bread location should be called "Drink N

The manager was a woman. She is so rude and I never want to go back to this location. She was hysterical and so embarrassing when I didn't do anything wrong. Her tone and what she said to me made it seem I was doing something wrong. I don't know why she decided to choose a paying customer as a punching bag. I feel so bad for the customers.

I am a member of Panera Sip Club and love unlimited drinks! My favorite drink is their Charged Lemonade, Fuji Apple Cranberry w/ guarana caffeine...I grab it often using rapid pick-up and it's got a kick to it! It's plant based and 259mg of caffeine!! There are plenty of overpriced menu options, but all very delicious and fresh. I recently decided to order lunch direct thru the app and had no issues doing so. I got the delivery and it ended up being doordash. They delivered in my preferred time range. Happy with the Value Duet of half sandwich and cup soup. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and Wild Chicken soup. Recommend both! Perfect amount for lunch, not overdoing it. They have good cookies, try the Kitchen Sink cookie!
