Pho 88 - Fullerton

Don’t be overwhelmed by the extensive menu; it primarily features various toppings and meat options. The rich aroma of the broth will guide your choices. When ordering, consider the portion sizes—small and large. Although it’s just soup, the large bowl is a generous serving. I recommend starting with the small size, and on your next visit, you can gauge how hungry you are.

Due to dental work, I have difficulty chewing, so I ordered the mixed vegetables with tofu. I asked if they could cut the vegetables into small pieces for me, and they gladly did. It was easy to eat, and absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the bun, and it was fantastic as well!

I absolutely love this place! I always order the Stir-Fried Tofu with crispy egg noodles, and it's so delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly.

Lacking in decor with garish fluorescent lighting and stark white walls, but big on flavor and quick service. Started with the Vietnamese crispy egg rolls. They’re pretty large so 2 egg rolls are actually cut into 4 pieces. Filled with a mixture of veggies and meat, they were a perfect starter before the pho. They basically came out at the same time, which was very quickly! Had the well-done brisket pho and though I ordered the small there were plenty of noodles and the broth was savory and delicious. Of course I added a few extras like hoisin and sriracha, but the base was well-seasoned. Quick and cheap, this is a good spot to satisfy your pho craving even if you might wish you had sunglasses to temper the bright lights.
