Shiawase Japanese - Fullerton

Finding good sushi in Orange County, particularly in Fullerton and Cerritos, can be quite a challenge. Luckily, I came across this gem in downtown Fullerton. The fish is impressively fresh—something the restaurant takes great pride in—and their rolls are fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Tataki roll, which features seared tuna atop spicy tuna, tempura, avocado, and a delightful spicy mayo.
