Chili's Grill - Fultondale

The food was delicious, but they made mistakes with our orders twice and forgot to bring us three of our sides throughout the entire meal. However, they didn't charge us for those.

The prices are too high—$14.00 for three Southwestern egg rolls is steep. They've also changed their policy so that you need to tip even if you're picking up your order yourself. The Cajun grilled chicken was decent, but overall, I wasn't impressed with the experience.

The food was average—neither bad nor exceptional. The service was satisfactory. However, there was a major issue: the entire restaurant was subjected to an onslaught of profanity...

The food was not served at the same time, and we were not provided with any utensils. I also did not receive all of my To-Go wings. Our meals arrived before our drinks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food rating: 2 Service rating: 1 Atmosphere rating: 3

The portion sizes are quite generous. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
