It takes hours to get my order delivered, when asking for assistance you guys promise to call back but fail to do so. Very bad service

The service was terrible, and the food was just as disappointing. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order, only to receive a dry and partially eaten box. I sent it back, hoping for a replacement, but the new box wasn’t even what I ordered. I definitely won't be ordering from Debonairs again. The first photo shows my original order, and the second is what I was given as compensation. I'm at a loss for words.

Great pizza—most of the time! However, the wait times can vary throughout the month. If you visit during peak hours, expect to wait around an hour. So, if you're in a rush, it's wise to choose your timing carefully. I had to wait an hour during my last visit, but I don't blame them for it; they can't control how busy their restaurant gets. After all, if a ship can be delayed for weeks in the Suez Canal, what's an hour for a pizza?

The delivery took three hours, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and not fresh. Just when I called to cancel the order, they showed up with the delivery five minutes later.

Poor service, no communication for late arrival of orders,we as customers are left to fend for ourselves of the thought that it's busy but expected to pay for a meal that comes waaaay off its estimated time with zero communication. Unfair and selfish.
