Ballyhoo Grill - Gainesville

We traveled to the city for a family member who graduated from the uf. there was for approx. 25 people planned the Grade lunch. the service was great, eating came fast, and the atmosphere was funny. I ordered the darkened mahi tacos with buzzing and tearing. I also ordered a byhalat as an app and a beer. the taste in the tacos were fantastic! also the beans and rice were probably some of the best I had! the mushalat was big and it tasted like her ranch was homemade. the bier selection was decent. we will definitely be back at a visit to the family.

That was our first time to eat here. it was a very busy Friday night, but we sat immediately and although it doesn't look like we've been waiting for a long time, our server still apologized. phil was an excellent server. he has soaked so accurately and quickly refilled. the food was delicious! I had the burger with cheese and roasted egg. so delicious. for such a busy night it was brilliant to have good food and service! we're coming back.

I had the shrimp rockefeller was very good, very decadent. I also had the steak blue cheese flat brot. the Balsamico-Vinaigrette is delicious and makes the whole dish. I would get the flat brot again. next time I hope I try one of their versions of margarita....the watermelone sounds delicious

Great service, eating, drinks. great music atmosphere. as big as it was again the day. our first visit during our Vaca period. jamie was our server on 02. august 2022, our 2nd visit during our Vaca time. they went beyond their duty call. she deserves a worker of the month award!
