He waited 45 minutes to have the whole order 4 different times grounded, while several other people came to complain their orders were screwed. At some point, I got a refund and my order, which was ultimately wrong. I just wanted to roast three bagels with cream cheese. I have three unroasted bagels with butter. Unbelievable.
This is officially the best dunkin drive thru I’ve ever been to. They had our food (4 coffees, 5 sandwiches, donuts) ready before we even pulled up to the pay window and the food quality is way better than any other dunkin. The entire order was correct on the first try.
As a fan of frozen coffee, I was excited to try this place for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing—what I got was the worst frozen coffee I've ever had. It just tasted off, like someone had mixed up the ingredients. The worker at the drive-thru seemed a bit inexperienced, which is understandable, but it has made me a bit hesitant about returning. To be honest, I might give it another shot since I believe all Dunkin' locations should be consistent. However, I will likely steer clear of the frozen coffee next time.
I plan to visit this restaurant almost daily for work, but I often find the staff to be overwhelmed. They seem disinterested in taking orders, and when my food finally comes through the window, it can be quite frustrating. The bagels are consistently overcooked, and the tea tastes like a strange mix of coffee, soda, and an old shoe. The franchise owner really needs to reconsider their staff or invest in some customer service training.
Sometimes they leave the mic on and talk **** about you after they take your order. It's funny when you put them on the spot. Unprofessional **** stains.
