Hoping Sonny's Management sees this review. I've eaten at Sonny's since the 70s and I've been cheating on seeing the franchise slip. I understand that the restaurants are modernized on the new layout, must change with time, but this slow erosion away from Sonny's tradition of excellence is hard to see. Here's what I see. After about 6pm, the chicken is baked more than slowly smoked. The salad bar is away from two slices of garlic bread to one side salads are becoming smaller and now the once amazing banana pudding was replaced by a yellow mud from a can. I go less and less to Sonny, since the cost-cutting changes started on the surface. I'm just gonna stop going. Please go back to the quality that made this a great restaurant. I can't recommend you until then.
