Írjon visszajelzéstSunday noontime is a disaster in regards to parking, but really the congestion seems to come from the same level parking as the entrance. If you walk a little further, the lower level is actually less than half full. I believe the easiest is to enter off Russel Ave. As for the rest...it's Costco! It's packed and the customer service is doing their best to accommodate the returns and congestion. Enjoy!
Store is okay. Decent. PEI who works at Membership station is so inefficient and stubborn. We already signed up online and came to get the card. She said she can't search it. The other employee told her to do something else. And she didn't listen. She ignored. She asked same questions too many times. She's definitely not for membership section , which requires efficiency and good customer service.
Terrible food handling. Ordered 2 hot dogs. Cheap rolls breaking apart with corn meal crumbs everywhere. Hot dog thrown into paper bag no foil or wrapper. Gross! Should have option of no drink. Worse conditions than a mall eatery.
The pharmacy is not giving good customer service since August 2021.. I've been rushed on the phone, hungup on , yelled at on phone from pharmacies Techs.. Not notified if my medicine getting from them for 2 yrs for Cancer. They filled it this Nov. With another pharammicial company.. It now the pills has too be cut.. they will Not cut it or exchange to another company to sippy a soft shell for this medication for me.. The problem started with the Pharmacy tech Maria Saturday, 11/27/21.I orders for 3 months and paid for this medication (3) bottles Friday 26, 2021.. do have to cut myself.. with carpal tunnel under are for my hands. No Respect...
Reasons for 2 Stars 1) Horrible parking- Need a few parking attendees to regulate stupid drivers to avoid hitting shoppers. 2) Worst problem? Senior hours should be daily instead of Tuesdays and Thursdays. What's wrong with 8 am to 10 am daily for seniors instead of 9-10 am?? We seniors are usually early risers and would like to avoid the crowd for Covid avoidance! 1 hour isn't enough for shopping and getting out before the crowd fills it up!! 3. Prevent customers from unnecessary stockpiling of ANY items to allow others to have access to products that is adversely affected by the current shipping problems 4. Control the flow to prevent crowding inside and the spread of the pandemic! 5. Listen to 1-4 and you will have much better customer retention and happier shoppers. I used to work in retail for 40 years and I know this is the right approach.
