Pacifica Cafe - Gaithersburg

My favorite restaurant around DMV. The best dish is definitely the pre-ordered eight treasure duck. Also can not go wrong with her Crispy Duck, Salted Egg Shrimp, Chili fried beef, and Yan Du Xian... Authentic Eastern Chinese cuisine!

Friendly taste, medium area (roads in the 17 area). We were warmly welcomed, the seating was very comfortable and especially the foos was delicious! We lubricated a variety of well balanced flavors in every dish sweet, sour, and umami, and the food was... No deep-fried cannon balls swim in sweet goo here (although I think they have a less gooey version of this kind of dishes also if you like them). We had the shredded pig with dried bean curd, the kung pao chicken (Chinese style) and the chicken of Generl Tso. It was all so good and a good value... We'll be back again and again!

Delicious food. I've enjoyed the string beans, crispy duck, pork and tofu, Kung Pao chicken, and now Gen. Tso. All of it really good. Very tender, great chef! Best Chinese around Gburg.

Really yummy food and the staff are so friendly. We have enjoyed coming here over the past few years and will continue to visa it. Delicious meals and very reasonably priced!

We are so lucky to have this restaurant near our home. Reminds us of food from the Shanghai region, delicious.
