Sam's Pizza - Gaithersburg

Image perfect pizza right before closing time and wonderful customer service to boot! Maybe they just won a few regulars.

Oh this place is definitely a hole in the wall (as some other reviewer stated negatively) and it’s definitely not a gourmet restaurant, so if you don’t want that then go elsewhere, but that’s what makes this place GREAT! Had a perfectly done Chicken Cheesteak with crispy, golden fries and a soda with the combo. Was well-priced for the amount of food and a very filling lunch. I’m partial to places like this and if you want a quick lunch (not necessarily a healthy one, lol), made fresh and hot when you order, then check them out!

The pizza here is incredible! I visit Sicily all the time. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!

I ordered a supreme pizza and absolutely loved it! I have to say, this place has the best pizza in the area. I've ordered from here several times, and if you're looking for great pizza outside of NYC, Sam's is the spot!

The pizza here is quite good, but I recommend skipping the Calzone, as they may look appealing but don't taste great. The pizza has a nice chewy crust, and I would definitely return for that. However, the Calzone was quite underwhelming. It seems they combine Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese with a bit of Ricotta, and there's not much meat inside. I was really disappointed with the Calzone.
