The staff member at the window was exceptionally friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. She maintained good eye contact, which made for a positive experience. Overall, it was a great example of quality customer service.

Today, however, I returned to KFC and was pleasantly reminded of why I enjoy their food and service so much! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I’m giving them 5 stars for the great food and all the hardworking staff they have, despite the earlier mishap. I spoke to the management about the unfortunate incident, and I appreciate their sincere apology. They assured me they will work on improving things to prevent it from happening again. I should have taken the time to acknowledge the employees who handled the situation with professionalism. They have been doing an outstanding job, especially during the pandemic, and their efforts to serve the community do not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!

The waitstaff was friendly and helpful as we explored the menu. The pieces of chicken were large and delicious. The cookie was warm and soft. We received honey sauce and butter without even having to ask. The restroom was very nice and clean. The entire establishment was tidy and comfortable. Visiting this KFC was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return!
