The food was delicious, I placed my order over the phone and waited for 20 minutes.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed an order around 7:40 pm and waited for my pizza to arrive. Despite tracking the order using the tracker function, it said the food was on the way. My couch is only 5 feet from the door, yet the driver claimed he knocked twice without us answering. We never heard anyone at the door, so I called the restaurant and was told they had closed at 9 pm. They suggested I drive to pick up the food, as it was already prepared. They definitely need a new delivery driver.

East of Chicago is consistently great! Especially when they open early.

Need to fix their order website to make easier use of coupons from email with the codes on them. I wouldn't take mine, so I had to call
