Chili's Grill Gallatin

I only decided to leave this review on this site because of the rude and entitled review from 2/22/21. It's clear that there was bad weather, and people should have stayed off the roads, yet this individual chose to venture out. Due to the conditions, the restaurant was short-staffed, which explains the overwhelmed host, the dirty dishes, and the smudged windows. Perhaps if people like you avoided corporate restaurants during inclement weather, they would prioritize safety over profits. I've always enjoyed delicious meals here, quickly prepared by a diverse and welcoming team.

I attempted to visit this Chili's location on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Given the recent snowfall, I expected the manager to have cleared a wider entrance for customers. Once inside, I was disappointed to find the place was quite dirty, with smudged windows that clearly needed cleaning. If there are any corporate evaluations of Chili's locations, this one should definitely be on the list. The hostess was a young lady who seemed overwhelmed by the large number of people waiting for a table. The restaurant was in a state of disarray, with dirty dishes piled up everywhere. My advice is to consider going to a different Chili's location, as the management here doesn't seem to prioritize making the restaurant look presentable. What a shame!
