Logan's Roadhouse - Gallatin

If I had no stars. The first problem was that it was needed forever to get our food. When we got it, it was not only wrong, but it burned the wood chips from the salmon. Said our server and she said the manager said it was only salmon from the grill? It was definitely not. My food should be on potatoes and put them on rice. Give me the wrong sauce for my food that should be creamy and it was so spicy that it burned our mouth. My mom's food was cold and burned. Tell our server that we didn't want the food and took it off. Manager got her food before she took it out of our bill. Then we were charged for one soup and our drinks. Manager never came to the table or apologized. This place needs better management or it's going under fast. We definitely won?

Made order by doorstep. Order for steak and mushrooms, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, green beans and rolls. Order comes as pictured. They were so kind to add document paper to my steak along with a touch of what I hope to peel potatoes. No mushrooms, cutlery or any other request. When I called to let the management know, the lady who answered just put the phone on me. I don't usually do that and I was just looking for an apology and that the staff is notified that this is not how to send out food. Instead, I'll be suspended. I know that much won?t happens with my rating, but I am a person looking at reviews and if you are someone who doesn't like to waste your hard earned money. I recommend spending it elsewhere.

Visited during the week for a late ish dinner (8pm) Like most places right now, restaurant was short staffed so even though tables were plentiful along with parking, there was still a wait. Overlooked that and just waited as it was a nice night outside. Wait staff not required to wear mask for those that wondered. Two servers waited on us as one was a trainee. Both did a decent job but definitely needed each other. Food was mediocre at best. Ribs were precooked and then heated on a grill with sauce thrown over the burns. Definitely not fall off the bone as advertised. Ribeye was decent but really lacked any flavor. Best part of the meal were the sides for sure. Restrooms needed attention, perhaps someone checking on them regularly. Just chalked it up to an off night for them. They're close by so will try it again. Just lower your expectations and you'll be fine.

When we arrived the hostess was pretty much out of her mind and this place was not busy. Arrived 3:24, waited till 4:00 to be seated. Once seated, we waited 24 more minutes for drinks, while the staff discussed the issues with the hostess. On multiple occasions instead of getting services the staff would gather at the register and gossip, stand around. The appetizer took 20 minutes to come out and it was incorrectly ordered. In the process of waiting the waitress suggested this would be a great place for a restaurant. We spent a grand total of 2.25 hours for a place that is not busy. The food did turn out ok but the burger was missing bacon, and the fries didn't come out loaded as ordered. I did end up with a piece of cheese cake.

I was staying at a hotel in walking distance and was really in the mood for a steak. Man, what a disappointment my experience was, sad to report. It was 7 when I walked in, there was a 30 min wait, plenty of free tables and no spots at the bar. So I hung out for a bit and finally snagged a table at the bar. I sat for a good 5 minutes before I was greeted but when she did come over she was friendly enough. The fresh bread was amazing, as always. I ordered the trio with steak, crab cakes and grilled shrimp and the baked potato soup and baked potato. The soup came out cold. The crab cakes were mushy and tasted weird, (and garnished with scallions which I explicitly asked to be left off everything) the shrimp wasn't cooked very well and the steak was seared to hell and burnt but still very red inside (for well done). I asked for to go boxes and literally waited 10 minutes for that, they tried to take the plates away and I mentioned I'm still waiting for to go boxes. The bartender went and hung out with someone she's dating I'm assuming on the other side of the bar and I continue to wait for a check, I eventually flagged someone else down to help. I have enjoyed Logan's in the past, I def think today was a miss. ???
