Írjon visszajelzéstTerrible customer service by “Manager”. the team member I spoke with was a better representative and very professional. tür dash delivered wrong order because pj made mistakes. pj would not correct the order and would not attempt to correct the wrong. it was said to do “what you want” with the pizzas that were delivered. rude! buyer foreseeable!
They never answered there phone. Especially nights also canceled my order.I tried one more time and it’s been over 2hours and have no one to contact because no one answers
Hours are apparently incorrect everywhere. Online, on the app, and even the automated phone line lets you think for at least 15 minutes that someone is eventually going to answer. Tried to order via phone and never talked to anyone that was actually at the store, but rather a off site person who told me they closed at 9:40… on a Saturday at that. It’s quite hard to earn a 1-2 star review from me, but after all the trouble I went through just to find out that they weren’t open I was upset. The incorrect google hours and not answering a phone clearly display poor management of the establishment.
They Delivered an empty box and they were not prepared to do anything for their screw up. I hold Laura and her team responsible because a mistake this bad reflects on her management! From now on I will have Marco's!
11 times in 3 months, it says on the order on the side of the box, like cheese. The assistant manager Tim always says that is like cheese. No it is not I worked there for about 6 months I know it like cheese is. Do not expect for your food to be made right and on time. You can either have it made right or you can have it on time. I cannot tell you how many people's orders they screwed up when I work there and they just won't answer the phones to ignore them.
