Mchughs Traditional Pub - Galway

We had dinner here with our tour group. The food was good, and the portion size was way too large. We could have easily split one entrée. We had soup as our appetizer and for our mains we ordered a chicken dish and a Vegetable Stir Fry. The stir fry was a little too spicy for me. However, our dessert, which was sticky pudding was the best we had.

We had a family meal here recently (Sunday). The staff were very busy so not very attentive. There was nothing wrong with the food but it was very bland tasting overall.

Food here was lovely and portions were generous. There was plenty of variety and a good atmosphere, plenty of customers. Good service too

Had a lovely spot of lunch with a friend. Decent portion size tasty food friendly waitress nice busy atmosphere. Will be back again

I've been here a couple of times and always found the food to be amazing. Full irish, Omelette or Eggs Benedict, I've had them all and they have all been great. Good flavours and good portion size. It's been busy every visit too, so I don't think I'm the only one who likes it.
