Írjon visszajelzéstThis is a traditional, bustling establishment that provided everything that we expected from an Irish pub. It was atmospheric with a lovely friendly vibe. All the staff that looked after us had the time to make us feel welcome even though on the two evenings we visited they were busy. A happy, contented staff that smile is always a plus. And of course the food was superb. I’d recommend getting there early(ish) to avoid disappointment (we were there just on 7pm each evening). Murty Rabbitts is a place we hope to visit again when we return to the fantastic island of Ireland and a buzzing Galway City.
Typical Irish pub, gorgeous food, and live music! So great! we were looking for a place to eat in Galway and we arrived there by chance
Staff were extremely unfriendly and I inviting on arrival. Food was no better unfortunately. Nachos (a basic dish) were terrible, it’s hard to mess that dish up but they managed it in a dramatic fashion. Other dishes of a similar standard. In the past the food was to a much better quality. We will not be returning, and would advise others to do the same
The food was good. The service was challenging. They tried, but seemed short staffed. We were seated in the beer garden in the back. Forgotten and dinner came out slowly. Our waiter was also tending bar and had to find him to pay our check. Others in my party had nice dinners. All seemed a bit chaotic.
My friends and I were stopped at the door of Murty Rabits by a bouncer drunk on power. One of my friends, who has a medical condition giving him the appearance of inebriation, was refused entry by the dunderhead bouncer who said 'you 've had enough '. No listening to an explanation, no patience. When I then tried to gain admission and explained we were together, this was immediately shot down. There was a complete lack of empathy on the staff 's part very disappointing indeed.
