I was charged for water after spending $21? This is not the right approach, Starbucks.

A review of Starbucks typically depends on three factors: the drink, the staff, and the environment. This location earns a solid 5 stars for my drink today. It was delivered quickly at the counter (I always order inside), and it was well-prepared with a tight lid, a hot beverage sleeve, and no spills or mess on the outside of the cup (which I can't stand). I also appreciate the barista's recommendation today—great job! The team was clearly working well together, which was evident in the short line. Excellent work overall. As for the surroundings, it features the standard Starbucks furniture inside a Safeway store. Well done today, Starbucks! Thank you.

This Starbucks is likely the slowest in the entire universe. If you place a mobile order, expect to add an extra 10-20 minutes to your estimated wait time. While they get very busy in the morning, they don’t seem to think that hiring more staff would make a difference. Unless you order well in advance, you might end up running late for work!

Always gotta get my coffee fix, and the staff are cool I enjoy shopping at starbucks.
