Nimtho - Gangtok India

We loved Nimtho and recommend it as the best place to eat if you are in search of local authentic cuisine. The options are mouthwatering n the dishes themselves are extremely delicious. The ambience and staff are very pleasant too. Just wish they could match the washroom hygiene to the rest of the standard that they maintain.

Food was tasty the ambiance was okay, overall everything went well so a big 5 star from my side.i suggest this place for dinner with family.

I ordered a thali and some starters, and while the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting to have the leftover starters packed, they simply wrapped them in aluminum foil along with the chutney. I was taken aback by the low standards and poor service of a restaurant with such high ratings. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Jhol Momos was really good. we ordered thakali thali which was very average. tongba (the local fermented drink) was okay, similar to hot toddy one gets in Karnataka. overall an average experience

The food is absolutely amazing!!! The service is great and fast! Waiters are extremely sweet! Which made the whole experience wholesome! Authentic cuisine! The only place I got to try simple authentic local food in Sikkim. Highly recommend.
