Dutch Bros Coffee - Garden City

The following Monday, my wife encountered the same rude employee, and on Wednesday, the manager accused us of being rude without understanding the full situation. Today, another employee told us it was rude to ask for our order to be corrected and implied that they prioritize personal matters over customer service. We have tried to address these issues with the company's office, but it seems that the management is more interested in blaming and insulting customers rather than improving customer service and employee behavior. If the company continues to mistreat loyal customers like us, how will they treat new customers? We have offered to help train employees to improve customer service, but it seems that no one is interested in addressing the issue. It appears that Dutch Bros would rather continue with their disrespectful behavior towards customers instead of fixing the problem. We are deeply disappointed with the lack of customer support and service at this location and will no longer be visiting Dutch Bros.

Someone gave me a gift card here and even if it was free, I didn't want to come here. on the low quality espresso and a sugar/fat menu, it would be if they were an optional tipper. even my children don't like it. I ordered two chocolate moon milk. only one came with chocolate and also not was delicious. I would have turned around to correct them, but the line is long and slow. if I could take my tip back, I would be happy!

This Dutch bro’s coffee sucks. they have my orders so wrong. they were not busy. I was the only car in the line. I had to repeat my order three times before they heard what I said because their music was so loud. I ordered one and they misunderstood it. I ordered a big icey mocha with cocose nut. I got a big ice cream with absolutely zero sugar and zero-cook flavor. It's not hard to make this drink. I used to be a barista in a coffee shop, so I know how easy it is. therefore I leave a star rating. I'd have turned around and pulled her back, but halfway home. I had a tip and now I wish I hadn't.

I always enjoy the smile of these young people and the happy attitudes. the service is great. by the way, the drinks are also fantastic!

This is the best place for a magical coffee experience. You can go to any Dutch Bros and get a great coffee! Frozen, hot, iced, it doesn't matter. Your taste buds are covered. This is also a great place for tea lovers as well as kid and dog friendly. Ask for the pupper chino and you won't be able to go on a Dutch run without your pet!
