Fogo De Chao Long Island - Garden City

Later in the evening, I discovered a small bug in my martini. I calmly asked another server for either our waiter or the manager to address the situation. When she inquired about the issue, I explained what had happened. Upon inspecting the drink, she saw the bug and took it away. The manager, named Long, returned and dismissed my concern, claiming it was just a small speck. I refrained from causing a scene, even though I was about to consume something potentially harmful. I was disappointed that they rushed my drink away before I could take a photo, and I felt they were belittling my concern about what I had found. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and the quality of this establishment has noticeably declined.

I had a great experience at Fogo de Chao, thanks to the attentive staff and delicious food. The restaurant's interior was also quite appealing. While many guests were celebrating in large groups over the weekend, the atmosphere remained family-friendly and upscale. I would definitely return for the tasty barbecue!

Gabriela and Kyle were exceptional servers who paid great attention to our table, ensuring that we had everything we needed. It was a delightful experience!

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We went for my son’s 16th birthday, and he loved it!
