Mcdonald's - Garden Grove

This McDonald's has the worst service I ate there.the older lady working the front let my food sit there went she finally brings it over Iask for ketchup she tells me to come up and get it she throws it in my hand she's gives me one wrong Condorment she rips it out my hand but to top it off she tells me I have to tell her what kind of drink even though they have a Dispensary I ask her why she just tells me I have to I never had service from a McDonald's like that and it was 25 bucks no less

The employees all stay in the back where they prepare meals. And only come out when they see somebody standing at the counter. If you want additional cream or napkins or other items you have to wait in line to ask for it. It's not out in the dining area where it would be convenient. None of the bench seats are padded.

Old lady that works there is very rude. Gave me my number to dine in i sat down waited like 15 min just for two mcdoubles fries and a drink just to find out that someone put it in a to go bag.

After waiting in a very long and slow line, I went to use a digital gift card of $5 and was told they didn 't have anyway to scan the gift card. The manager came over and stated the same thing joked around with the girls who were working there and just walked away. I 'm confused as to why there would be a digital gift card if nobody has the ability to scan it. That store in particular was the second McDonald 's my boyfriend and I visited that evening, with the first ones scanner being broken, the second one being the store I just mentioned and then the one off ball and Gilbert. I would have to say that was the only McDonald 's that seemed to even try to help me. Even though they could not scan the gift card, at least they had a scanner gun. Well when I went to use the McDonald 's app it wasn 't working and they kept receiving a weird pop up about points. ??‍??‍??‍ The employee probably feeling pretty sad for me now, and I was in near tears, he honored the coupon for the $1.29 fries. I went expecting the $6 burger combo and left with a large fry. I guess at least I didn 't leave ??‍the 3rd!!! McDonald 's empty handed?.....???

This McDonald's is always getting the order wrong, ALWAYS! They have watered down frappes, they keep you in line for so long just to find out their ice cream machines broken.
