I came here for a quick bite, and it didn’t taste like I remembered. It seems the quality has declined a bit.

The boba in the tea was rock hard, making it not worth the price.

If you're looking for accurate orders or planning to use mobile ordering, I recommend skipping this location. I placed my order 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, I found a line of five people ahead of me, all of whom received their orders before I did. My meal was delayed by 15 minutes, and the large beef bowl I received had only half the amount of beef compared to what I typically get at other locations.

Food is good. I love the udon noodles, chicken was dry, not great. Bathrooms are FOUL. I asked for the code cuz my small child needed to pee. She told me it's only for customers, which we just ate so??? but like if it's only for customers they should probably be able to keep it clean. Literally pee on the floor, toilet paper on the floor. Nasty!

Sadly, the staff didn't understand the importance of moving quickly at the lunch run. Everyone was moving very slowly. I won't be back at lunch time.
