This place is typically always packed....and there's a reason....food is excellent!!

The cinnamon pretzels are SO good. I like the glazed dipping sauce, it's basically sour cream frosting that's thin enough to dip in. The staff that work here are friendly and they can whip up fresh pretzels so fast. If there is a line it goes quickly. The whole place smells delicious. Mmm.

Auntie Anne's was really busy when we arrived! After waiting in line for 15 minutes before closing, we finally got in. The staff was efficient and worked quickly to fulfill orders. Everyone was very friendly, and they had everything we asked for. I absolutely love this place!

Almost everything here is fantastic, and every time I visit Firewheel with friends, we choose this place. The only downside is the cramped interior and the long wait times. But that's just a minor concern.

Absolutely the best pretzels! I love visiting, even though there’s often a long line, but it's definitely worth the wait. I think people should be more patient with the wonderful staff; they always make the pretzels fresh, soft, and incredibly delicious. The quality and flavor are truly exceptional!
