Jack In The Box - Garland

When I saw those two smiling faces, it brought a happy ending to what had been a tough day. Thank you, Noel and Valerie—you truly deserve the highest praise. I hope Jack in the Box acknowledges the fantastic work of their employees, who bring genuine smiles to their guests. The restrooms were also impeccably maintained—clean and well-stocked with soap and towels. This is the most beautiful Jack in the Box I’ve ever visited. As a food supplier driver, I visit many different locations, and it's important to recognize the good people in the world.

This is truly one of the best locations for Jack in the Box. The food is delicious and served piping hot. There's an employee named Carina who is incredibly friendly. Whenever I go through the drive-thru, she’s almost always there, and she always hands me my orders with a smile. Food: 5/5.

I visited there one morning and received a burger with a tough bun, and the fries were cold. I should have realized something was off when my order was already ready as soon as I reached the Drive-Thru window.

During the business hours at drive-thru. told the speaker, we are sorry, but actually closed. All open signs were on and the hours on Google are 24 hours. Get some real employees who want to work! Very annoying when I actually drove out of the way to just get there to not be denied any service. ZERO STARS.... ZERO SERVICE.... NOTICE

Had ordered through the app for delivery drivers kept changing. Couldn't cancel delivery, well 2 hours later one driver text me and says restaurant told them it had been picked up that people kept coming for order, they couldn't clear it out of system either. Told that driver order never came. I finally went to restaurant myself re ordered everything took it home.Need to add cancellation ability to app. Hopefully who ever got our food enjoyed it. 1st time this has ever happened.
