Wendy's - Garland

Business hours say 6:30. It is now 7:20 and the doors are closed. The business phone is off the hook. Very disappointed

At 1030 on 11/28, I came through the drive thru for a Croissant. MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY. It was not made correctly, even after verifying the order at the window. I had to come back because the order was wrong. When I got my correct order, the human at the window literally argued with me because there was only bacon and MAYO on my sandwich- No cheese. A SLICE OF CHEESE COMES ON THE BREAKFAST ITEMS. The human argued with me that the mayo was cheese. It gave off delusional. Do better. On top of that, the sprite I had ordered was flat. They were apparently out of sprite (still serving carbonation) and I had to get a different drink.

The service here tonight was ridiculous they messed up my order and I had to drive all the way back which I was very calm about but I had to repeat my order to them 6 different times because they almost messed it up again and then when I asked them To properly fix everything they ignored me I am very disappointed with the service here during the night shift. 11pm on September 30th. Update. Order was wrong a second time and I had to go back thru a 3rd time. I do not recommend stopping here at night. They do not know how to follow simple modifications.

Do not order the pretzel pub burger!! The bun is burned and it tastes terrible. Bad cheese, bad bun, all around bad burger. Yuck yuck yuck! Indigestion city. This is a limited time offering from wendys. Let's hope it never returns. Hope you have some alka seltzer if you ate one of these.

Tried to kick out another customer claiming that he was ruining our meal. After telling the staff that he wasn't bother us, the staff became rude and dismissive. Staff ruined my meal more than the other customer.
