Chick-fil-a - Garner

Had seven people get there food before me why does it take so long for a burrito? Placed it through mobile order to get it faster. No idea what’s going on

Warren was working very hard to ensure each customer experienced the best service!!

This location can get real busy. Went through the mobile order drive through lane, gave us our drink and was told to wait at a VIP spot. They must of forgot about us because I probably watch 20 cars behind us pass by before finally getting our order.

BIG Thank You to Jackie had an issue with an order and Jackie showed what customer service and satisfaction is ALL about!! The level of Customer Service and quality of food is what chick-fil-A is know for and 110% the Garner location and Jackie did NOT disappoint

The consistency in taste of food and quality of service is always a welcomed change!!
