TGI FRIDAYS - Garner

Last year I gave this place 1 star. So little of a 1 star I sent I letter to corporate directly to Kate the issues known. We had been going regularly, and the service and all-around quality declined quickly. I received a response from corporate and went back about 1 month later and experienced an entirely different restaurant. They fixed several issues that were happening, they fixed their beer tap problems and the food came quicker and cooked properly. My wife has sense become great friends with the bartender and we frequently visit with great food and service everytime! If you're in the area, give them a shot as they have made changes recently and are working hard to provide a better all-around experience.

Vegetarian options: They had a vegetable plate and you have to ask what other options they haveWheelchair accessibility: They were very helpful and opened the doors.

No wait! Excellent server! However, I would not recommend the ribs, as the manager Mike, who was not on site when we visited on 1/29/2024, has communicated with his staff that he will no longer be order wipes. You know the ones you need after eating ribs??‍. Especially problematic if you have children. Also, we had the caramel pecan cheesecake. However, they were out of caramel sauce.

We had a party of 6 and we all were very disappointed with the new menu. Our favorite appetizers are no longer being offered, whiskey glazed chicken strips and fried green beans. None of us intend to go back

You always have to wait even when it's empty, The prices are higher but the portion stayed the same.
