Cal's Pizza Express - Garrettsville

The employees were incredibly nice and friendly! However, the pieces of chicken were quite small, and they even forgot to include the roll that was supposed to come with it. The flavor was really good, but the portion size felt too small for the price.

Delicious pizza and fried veggies for an appetizer. Very affordable!

Everytime I order from here, my food isn't cooked all the way. They are always busy which is great for them, but I think they then rush the food. I'm done trying

Got a 16pc chicken yesterday with jojos, I have never been so disappointed! The jojos were still frozen cold in the middle and the breast and thighs were still pink in the middle. I love the chicken here, not sure why this time it was horrible.

I ordered 24 pcs of chicken with jojos. Got home and found out it was 4pcs shy. They gave me credit for 4pcs. I went and got my free 4pcs of chicken and jojos today. I went a head and ordered a 20 piece of chicken and jojos to go with it. I thought maybe I better count it and see what they gave me. Lone and behold I got 19 pcs instead of 20 pcs. OMG whose is counting at this place. I think they should go back to school. So sad that they don't care enough to make sure you get what you pay for. I called and told the manager. She didn't know what to say. I guess I am not going to Cals for chicken anymore. They can't count. Wonder how many others this happened to and they didn't check their count. That adds up to some profit for someone or a free lunch for the person doing the counting.
