Harold's Chicken Shack - Gary

I understand to have a good product you must wait. I arrive at heralds today and order a shrimp and wing combo with a perch and wing combo. They told me the way will be 25 minutes which was no problem. And I will later by number was called and they had half the other cooked and forgot to drop my fish and chicken. The ladies laughed at the mistake and brushed me off and asked her up on the way another 30 minutes. Hassled me about my refund and the cook Was under the influence of alcohol talking to everybody about a funeral. Harold’s is my favorite chicken spot but I can’t believe how they treated me out in Gary Indiana

I was not happy with the taste it wasn't what I was looking for although the chicken was fried good I just missed the old flavor of Harold's Chicken this is not it

I’m convinced everyone there has a 4th grade education. After having 20 minutes of my time wasted at the window waiting on the cashier, she cuts me off mid-sentence to say their on a hour wait. Poor customer service doesn’t even do justice! I wouldn’t trust them near my food so I left before I got arrested. The last time I actually received food from them it was cold and was not made as requested. It needs to be shut down and do a re-vamp or something! PLEASE

Food is good can't take that away from them and food is made to order so your food is going to be fresh out the Grease, so if you have a big order its best to order over the phone and arrive maybe 5 to 10 mins before that

Haven't been in a moment but they was on fire the chicken tasted fresh the grease was fresh and the people was happy thanks for my dinner Kevin the cook is awesome
