Dinner on Saturday night. very friendly welcome. apero on the terrace with probably the most beautiful view of Saint tropez around. Dinner on the terrace too. nice and professional succulent-personal degustation menu. The chief would deserve a two-eyed twin. We've had a memorable moment. price not exaggerated. Bravo to the chief and has the whole team. We'll be back in September.

Dinner on the evening of July the setting is enchanting the arrival at the hotel is enchanting... when you enter the lobby, you discover the spectacular view of the bay with the blue of the sea, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Trop in the backdrop. The aperitif on the terrace is very pleasant dinner on the terrace below is less enchanting. everything will depend on the table that is allocated to you: ask for a table on the edge to enjoy the view! Italian menu: undeniable gustative quality only reproaches = service made by a young and unexperienced team but I admit I laughed! Especially when you taste cheese. An anthology moment where the young lady knows nothing about the wagon. and serves us about 300g of cheese by plate so the pieces are huge and overlap ... just magical .... in short, at this level it's pretty interesting! Despite this, it is worth it!

We arrived at 10 at the small restaurant of the belrose pool. the staff has really been up to the challenge (very little table). We have lunched simple things (césar, club sandwich, legs and burger, calamars). in a holiday atmosphere. The decor is beautiful.

This hotel restaurant enjoys a famous Italian chef at the piano and it feels...A michelin star perfectly justified!Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool in a neat park. The breathtaking view takes part in the well being felt.Choice of three menus in 5 oscillating services from 110 to 130€ with two pre-entries and a pre-dessert it seems more than honourable in view of the benefits. The dishes are very visual and delicately erect, true tables!!! very fresh and harmonious flavours of the south.All the cooking is perfectly mastered and the tasteful short juices and without superfluous fat. From high-voltige without excess, high-end products are perfectly identifiable and undenaturated.Map of wines essentially regional with bottles at reasonable prices ( 70€ on average) attentive and courteous service without being omnipresent. One without fault, we'll come back to recommend.
