Brixx Wood Fired Pizza Craft - Gastonia

Been here twice, and each time has been way less than desirable.The issue isn't the taste or quality of the food. The issue is kitchen confusion and what seems to be lack of staff.The first time we went, it took forever to get our food. The servers were kind and communicated well, and we understood for a moment. Yet, you do reach a point where you begin growing frustrated.The second time was recent and it took forever to get our food, but also my two youngest were totally forgotten about. They forgot to make their dishes. Also, my oldest son's pizza was wrong. It was just a mess.Yeah, a manager talked to us, apologized, and gave a discount on our bill. Still, 2 out of 2 times going to the same Brixx (a few months apart) and still having issues? We won't be back.

Ordering anything but a beverage on both a delivery app and their own website is apparently not an option. Yet another poorly managed franchise that has gone downhill in this town. They don’t even answer their phone. It stinks because their pizza is really good.

Showed up 7/30 for dinner at 7pm. Nobody was there. Would have been nice to have that updated on their website. Guessing from the reviews it's about to close down or already has.

Visited yesterday! This place is a hot mess! From people in the back walking out into the public eye with pants sagging, and 2 women with a baby in a diaper. Just Disgusting. Good horrible! They was out of just about everything. Bartender came in with dirty finger nails and pet hair all over his shirt making drinks. Not sure what was going on there but I will never return there again. Michele was great, seemed to be the only one taking her job seriously. Not to mention a guy sleeping in the booth in the corner. Whew Chile it was a hot mess kind of place yesterday. Please be ware!!!!

Service, pizza and beverages were outstanding. Dee was our waitress and she is phenomenal
