Waffle House - Gastonia

Originally posted 2017: There is a woman that does her best to seat people during a wait but she seems against the idea of cleaning tables. Food is the same you would expect from any Waffle House. I've always found the cooks are the difference between good food and okay food at the Waffle House. 2022 update: I have a daughter now that loves to eat here so I take her from time to time. Servers are usually friendly to us and it hasn't been overcrowded the last few times we've visited.

I love this place they are so helpful not only to their staff but also to the community... people go through hard times and waffle house was and has been there and I hope will continue to be there for me if I ever want to be an all star!!

This Waffle House was the most mouthwatering experience! Everything was made fresh to order. Farm fresh ingredients. Staff was so friendly and checked on us multiple times. The cook from 2p-9p was spectacular at his work. We had breakfast at 730p. I'm going back again and again. My son told me to visit, but he should have MADE ME GO! Check out the photos! Despite being short-staffed, the breakfast was served hot and was absolutely delicious. The hostess and server were friendly and accommodating, and they apologized for the wait. The restaurant was very busy due to its prime location, but it was definitely worth the wait! The jukebox was playing some great R&B and Motown tunes, which added to the experience. I loved it!
