Long John Silver's - Gate City

I had a late lunch today, and I must say the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. My meal was fresh and served hot. While the food was absolutely delicious, it was the attentive staff that made a lasting impression on me. Dining out can often be less than enjoyable these days, but today was a pleasant exception. Thank you!

The hush puppies were fantastic—just the right texture, not hard like rocks. The fish fillets were cooked and prepared to perfection. And of course, the coleslaw was great too.

Fantastic food and two delightful ladies served us. I'm making it a point to come here as often as I can. Absolutely love the food!

Had a little problem when I placed my order. The manager Erica took care of me. If I own a business, I want Erica to work for me. Very young lady, but very professional.

Staff is super friendly, professional and nice. Unlike some other drive thrus where the staff just sound like they hate their jobs when you order your food. Food is also made fresh as you order so there is a small wait but at least you know it's fresh. Restaurant is also very clean and staff does a great job keeping it that way for such an old building.
