Pal's Sudden Service - Gate City

Uniformity is where this chain protrudes and this place is no exception. The food is fresh, hot and fast. I just like it.

Went up to the drive-thru the lady was really rude to me when she took my order wasn't very nice at all probably will never go back there again thank you

This is probably the first fast food restaurant I've eaten at that my overall reaction was WOW. We had bacon cheeseburgers, fries and sweet tea. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. The fries were fresh and still steaming hot.

I’m not from an area where this fast food restaurant is located, but now that I’ve discovered it, it has quickly become one of my favorites. The food is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Sauce Burger had a bit of pink in the meat, but it was still enjoyable. I really hope they open a location in my small town of Ashland, VA!
