Dreadful no flavour, meat tough and tasteless, side salad unmemorable, general atmosphere dull. A disadvantage of a place like this, not serving alcohol, would make no difference if that were to be served!!

A love a bit of Middle Eastern fayre, more so if it’s authentic and traditional So to get an English teabag in my Lebanese tea, you know you’re not off to a good start There were side sauces on the table, before we were seated, not in an enclosed container, and no idea how long they’ve been left out I was expecting the Moussaka to be layered…maybe that’s just my expectation, but not reality? The chicken and rice was good tho Tons of flavour in both the rice and the chicken The lamb flatbread was a massive disappointment Was lamb flavoured jam smeared into the bread? No physical meat present Service was decent and friendly enough Although an offer of main sized plates for side plates before we even received any food was odd One tip for the staff though and for them to action before a health inspector makes a visit and that is to NEVER store your bleach and cleaning products next to food products….especially on display to the public

Decent food and service. Priced about right, although £3 for a small coke is a bit rich imo. Wouldn't return solely due to the 12% service charge stealthily added to the bill. In my opinion, tips and such like should be at the discretion of the customer, not automatically added to the bill. It's not that I'm tight, I usually leave 15%, never less than 10% (even if it's nothing special), but on a matter of principle it should be my choice. This is not the USA where staff are paid a pittance and rely on tips to be able to live, we have a national minimum and living wage (I am paid the latter BTW and no-one tips me) so additional charges should not be mandatory.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I dropped in for a quick bite after shopping, but I absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. The portions were generous and delicious. I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu next time.

My mother and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time in December after noticing it multiple times and finally deciding to give it a go. We had no complaints about the restaurant itself and even raved about it all afternoon, praising how nice it was. However, our positive experience quickly turned sour as we both ended up with food poisoning that lasted for 4 days, with symptoms starting 2 days after our meal. We suspect that the chicken shawarmas we had were not handled properly, leading to our illness.
