Pizza Hut - Gatesville

If I could give a negative rating, I would. We waited for 15 minutes without anyone attending to us, so we decided to leave. However, we returned because one of the kids wanted to come back. This time, the service was excellent, and we left feeling very satisfied.

I downloaded the app and placed my order there. I then went to pick up over $70 worth of pizza and wings. The cashier applied some coupons, which brought the total down to $61—this was the only positive aspect of the experience. However, even that seemed like too much for what we received. The wings were mediocre at best, and the pizza tasted like cardboard. Both pizzas had overcooked cheese, leaving them dry and flavorless. This is definitely a mistake we won’t be making again.

Really friendly staff, really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Quality of food really went up compared to past yrs. As well as a well kept lobby and dine in area kids can watch cartoons while adults watch something else. They offer contantless pick up and delivery.

Placed an order for curbside, waited outside and nobody ever came. Called store phone, no answer. Walked inside and 3 employees (including the manager) were standing around talking. Said they didn't see my vehicle outside, which is impossible due to the size of it. Love pizza hut, but won't be back to this location until it is under new management.
