I ordered a small poutine and cheese sticks …. It used to be good but not anymore : idk what happened but it sucks !! Cheese sticks tasted like a freezer … poutine was cold and almost no cheese and the sauce tasted so odd …

Supposedly one of the best poutine shops in Gatineau. We wanted some authentic Quebec poutine and so we went here. Was good, don't get wrong, but it didn't change my life. A lot more cheese than we're used to, but that is not a bad thing. Sauce was a little bland, I expected a bit more spice or flavour. Great fries as a base. Nice folks working in a tiny place, room wait and not much space for eating in. Took it back to our hotel room, added a touch of ketchup, scarfed it down and wished we'd got a larger size. Older soon was sad, he got a burger and it was a bit too small, left him hungry. Pretty sure this one is connected to Bob Patat, exact same menu, even a Bob Burger!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian son had no issues eating his poutine.Parking: No problem parking

Walked an hour to get here from downtown ottawa because I wanted some good poutine. This place does not disappoint. Massive servings, great cheese, gravy, and fries. Staff really nice, I tried my best to speak French and they accommodated me with English. Would come again, and again, and again...

Nothing to rave home about. Ordered the medium poutine for 2 for 7.45. Size and portion really wasn’t overly big or enough. Cheese curds weren’t melted and gravy was just fine. Probably better to go to Costco at grab a poutine there instead and cheaper!

Personally thought the poutine was quite average, but the gravy is definitely way too sweet in my opinion. I do very strongly prefer savoury poutine, though.I also wasn’t a fan of how the smoked meat went with the poutine as well, quite honestly.The cheese was great though. I personally probably won’t come back, but I think it has its appeal for those who like sweeter poutine.Service was incredibly slow despite having 5 people working in the kitchen; they are obviously very overwhelmed with Uber eats and everything.
