Írjon visszajelzéstI was surprised to find that the restaurant did not have a website. When we tried to make a reservation by calling around 6 p.m. on a Saturday evening, there was no response. We decided not to leave a voicemail, assuming it wouldn't make a difference. However, to our surprise, the restaurant called us back around 9:45 p.m. Although I was annoyed to be woken up by the call, I appreciate that they did not leave a voicemail. Customer service is crucial to me, so I am glad we decided not to dine there after this experience.
Please note that this is not your typical restaurant; it offers a more upscale and relaxed atmosphere. As a result, do not expect the waitstaff to serve your food quickly.
I highly recommend Sterling if your looking for a good steakhouse.It was done to perfection on a open wooden grill.
This steakhouse in the Outaouais region is truly one of the best. The filet mignon is delicious and the presentation is stunning.
No website, which surprises. (at least we never found it). we called at dinner time (about 18h) to book: no answer (one Saturday evening)! We didn't leave a voice message (though it would give nothing and we were elsewhere) guess who reminded us about 9:45?????? the resto. I didn't believe my eyes. The call disturbed me in my sleep, and I should have answered them to hear their argument. but fortunately they at least had the judgment not to leave a voice message. Customer service is important to me, so the best thing that's happened is that we haven't been eating there to encourage them.
