Starbucks Coffee - Gatineau

The service at this restaurant was poor, as we waited nearly an hour for just two drinks.

Love the staff over there. Always friendly and nice. The one time they did a mistake they made sure i get a free drink. 4 stars only bcz the place is almost always busy and you have to wait long times :

I placed my order using the Starbucks app, which estimated that my drink would be ready by 4:23. I arrived at 4:20, but it was already 4:28 and people who had ordered after me were receiving their drinks before mine. When I mentioned this to the barista, he informed me that it was a first come, first served system. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks location, where my drink is usually ready upon my arrival. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes and will not be returning to that particular location again.
