Shoney's Gatlinburg

Very small restaurant. You sit on lower level if you eat from the buffet you have to go up a ramp upstairs to fix your plates. Plus the restroom is upstairs.Waitress was very nice. The food was good. Thought it was a bit high for lunch buffet.

Very disappointing for a restaurant on the strip. Although, I can enjoy breakfast all day. The product availability was a disappointment. The grits were extremely runny, eggs taste like power eggs, food was cold, and when asked about turkey products. Servers stated we always get ask, but only pork on the menu and fried chicken ?. Personal, I like fried chicken, but I don't want it for breakfast.

Everything was good and satisfying. The waitress was excellent, and we didn't have to wait for a table. It met all of our expectations.

Me and my husband went to Shoneys on Saturday morning November 25 2023. We were amazed by the staff how they had everything under control on such a busy morning. Our waitress was Miranda and she was awesome!! I didn’t get the Mgr name but I told her how great she was handling everything. I also loved the music for the atmosphere. We will definitely b back. We are from Clover SC

The only positive aspect of my experience was the service, which could still use some improvement. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. Additionally, the tables were placed very close together, making it difficult for me and the person next to me to get out of our chairs. I even requested to move because of this issue.
