Waffle De Lys - Gatlinburg

The free samples are great but once you order the hot chocolate is nothing like how it looks or sounds. There is no flavor or taste at all. I got hot chocolate hazelnut roast and it looked nothing like the picture. It had no whipped cream or anything. There was no hazelnut roast and there wasn't even chocolate flavor. I will say the people were nice and the waffles looked good so maybe those are better.

My girlfriend and I were walking through Gatlinburg looking for something sweet as we were met with a free sample of their delicious cookie butter. As we finished that sample, we were handed a stick of caramel to try. Both were delicious. We decided on a hot chocolate float, and after tasting it, quickly went back to order a waffle. The flavor was jaw dropping!!! Absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend to anyone looking to tend to their sweet tooth!

Today I had the world's greatest mediocre shot of coffee for $3.50. My life is now complete. The coffee literally was served to me in a Dixie cup (shot glass sized).

Excellent, very friendly services and very delicious waffles.

Staff was very energetic, friendly and courteous. Hot chocolate was amazing!
