Andersbergs Pizzeria - Gavle

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but recently I have noticed that the tables and sofas are dirty. It is not very pleasant to sit there with children and eat, especially since there are some regular guests who sit there every day and drink beer. It seems like they may be taking up space that could be used by other customers. In the future, I will probably opt for takeout instead of dining in.

The tables were dirty. I asked the staff to clean and clear the table as soon as possible, but it was not done promptly despite repeated reminders.

I have been ordering food from this restaurant for over a year and have always been extremely satisfied. However, my last experience left me completely disappointed. I placed an order a week ago and had to wait over an hour for my pizza. Today, I decided to give them another chance but unfortunately, the service did not improve. Once again, I had to wait over an hour (even though the estimated time was 30 minutes) for cold pizzas. When I called to inquire about my order, they claimed it was on the way, but it took an additional 10 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive, even though they said he had left 4 minutes prior. It normally takes 5 minutes for me to walk to the pizzeria, so I was not satisfied with the excuses.

They were very good, now it has become much worse and much more expensive
