Karczma Szałas - Gdow

Fantastic authentic Polish food cooked amazingly. We have tried a few items on the menu and we're very impressed every time. We were in Gdow for 3 nights and ate there for every meal. They even made me bacon and eggs for breakfast even though it's not on the menu. There is a English menu available if you ask but the translation is not always accurate. Whatever you get, it is going to be delicious. You don't have to wait long for your order either!

In this place I ate a de volaille cutlet with fries and salads. I liked it very much, although the cutlet was a bit dry. Not a bit of fat leaked out of it (and it should). Nice and fast service. Nie byłam tu od kilku lat i niestety już nie zamierzam wracać, ponieważ to już nie to samo, co kiedyś. Porcje są duże, ale jedzenie po prostu nie smakuje dobrze, a szkoda.
