Costa Coffee Mapperley - Gedling

I just want to express my gratitude for the great service! The two women working had a lot of energy and were smiling, which was much appreciated on a busy morning. The line was getting long, but everything was well-managed, clean, and I was served in just a few minutes. My hot chocolate and the appearance of other customers' orders were excellent. Thank you!

Some of the reviews on this site are quite rude. This Costa location in Nottingham is the best by far. I go here every day and the service is top-notch. The staff are amazing.

We always used to enjoy our visits to Costa Mapperley. The staff, including Shad, Chelsea, Gavin, and Ellie, were lovely. However, lately we haven't been feeling the same excitement as we once did. The coffee and most of the staff are still excellent, but it's just not as enjoyable as it used to be. It's a bit disappointing.

Pretty much the usual, staff ok, but not particularly bad or good, usual costa fayre, we i like their coffee, distancing etc.observed, kept clean and tidy.

Poor staff attitude, over the top interpretation of covid safety guidelines. Disappointing as have previously always rated other local Costa's
