Asian Essence Malaysian - Geelong

I stumbled upon this family restaurant while visiting Geelong during the Christmas holiday. I didn't have high expectations for a noodle bar, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. I highly recommend the lamb satay and the spaghetti!

The food here is excellent, and the atmosphere is quite comfortable. The vegetarian fried rice was really delicious. The Lamb Satay was absolutely amazing, just like I remember from Singapore! I highly recommend this place to everyone and encourage you to share it with family and friends visiting Geelong. I have to admit, I should have taken a photo before I started eating (the Vegetarian Fried Rice Bowl was gone by the time the photo was taken), but I'll remember to do that next time!

I ordered from here for the first time today, and I was truly impressed. The food was not only delicious but also authentic. The aromas reminded me of the meals my grandmother used to make in my village abroad. The portion sizes are just right for the price, too. Overall, this is a fantastic family restaurant! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Absolutely loved her food. Your Satay and Satay sauce is authentic Malay sauce. Your noodles are a must try. Anyone looking for an authentic Malaysian/singapore taste will not be disappointed. I will definitely come back for more delicious food.

Very unique Malaysian food that offers nasi kerabu (need to prebook and available in weekend) and others Malaysian favorite. Their mixed rice is worth the dollars and I really miss the variety.
